Privacy policy

DKD Energy (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through dkdenergy.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address, the service you’re interested in, your approximate electric bill and any message you write. Like most websites, our host also logs basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, design and price your project, schedule work and provide service. We may call, text or email you about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example our customer management, financing and permitting partners) and when required by law.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of messages, email contact@dkdenergy.com or call (800) 844-0569.
